Talking about the initial stages of the business, Masina says they started with four members of staff and 2 retail outlets from which they sold automotive batteries and accessories.
“I remember when we set out to launch the business, we had the idea and we were pretty knowledgeable on how to execute the idea but then we needed money to startup, pay for premises and get additional hands to make the first step. It was challenging but we managed and here we are. We’ve come a long way, over the past 8 years, we scaled to eight retail outlets and over twenty five staff compliment.”
